How government recruitment usually works
- The recruiting body publishes an official notification with eligibility, the number of posts, fees and dates.
- Candidates apply on the body's own website. There is no agent and no extra fee beyond the official application fee.
- Selection typically has a preliminary examination, a main examination and, for some posts, an interview or a physical test.
- Results, admit cards and answer keys are released only on the official website.
