AMSCL Recruitment 2026: Finance Consultant, Procurement Experts and Executive-IT (4 Contract Posts), Guwahati

Assam Medical Services Corporation Limited (AMSCL), the state agency that buys and supplies drugs and medical equipment for Assam's public health system, is hiring four experienced professionals on a fixed-term contract. There is a Finance Consultant post for chartered accountants, two Procurement Expert posts (one for drugs and supply chain, one for medical equipment and services) and an Executive-IT post. The four posts

Finance Consultant (1 post, OBC)

• Pay: ₹1,10,000 a month
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant and member of ICAI
• Experience: at least 5 years after qualifying, in accounts, finance, audit, taxation or related work, with sound knowledge of GST, income tax, TDS and statutory compliance. Experience of health-sector or government finance is desirable.
• Age: up to 60 years on 1 January 2026

Procurement Expert, Drugs and Supply Chain Management (1 post, UR)

• Pay: ₹80,000 a month
• Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm, plus a full-time MBA or PGDM in supply chain, pharmaceutical management, operations, logistics or materials management
• Experience: at least 8 years in large-scale procurement of drugs, vaccines and medical consumables in government, PSU, multilateral or large healthcare organisations, including 5 years in a senior managerial role. Knowledge of e-tendering, rate contracts, GFR/CVC rules and drug quality frameworks is expected.
• Age: up to 50 years on 1 January 2026

Procurement Expert, Equipment and Services (1 post, UR)

• Pay: ₹80,000 a month
• Qualification: a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering or Medical Electronics, plus an MBA or PGDM in supply chain, operations or healthcare management
• Experience: at least 8 years in procurement, contract or project management in government, PSU or large healthcare organisations, including 5 years in a senior role handling medical equipment or hospital services
• Age: up to 50 years on 1 January 2026

Executive-IT (1 post, UR)

• Pay: ₹42,350 a month
• Qualification: B.Tech or B.E. (Computer Science or IT), MCA, M.Sc. (IT or Computer Science) or DOEACC 'B' level, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Skills: office software, setting up hardware and software, and installing and managing LAN/WAN networks
• Age: up to 45 years on 1 January 2025, with 5 years' relaxation for SC/ST, 3 for OBC/MOBC and 10 for persons with disabilities
